Is there any way to buy just the lids? I have used them for months and some of the lids are broken but the bottoms are still fine.

How well do the lids stay on? Do they snap?

I've enjoyed my containers for several months now - but I'm not impressed with the lids. They are not super strong and I've not had great luck with them staying sealed very well....But if you don't have something that has much liquid in it - they are not a problem. But I do use them alot and found to just take some string and tie the lid on to be safe.

where are these made? usa, canada, china..?

Freshware was founded in 2010 in Los Angeles California. I did see that some products that have the Freshware name are shipped from China. I would call directly just to see if there are any other authorized dealers and suppliers to be sure. Hope that helps!

Will the big compartment fit a sandwich? It doesnt look like it would. Thanks.

The large cavity size is 6.8 x 4 x 1.5 inch. If your sandwich is too big, you may cut it into half and put one on top of the other. We also have a 1 compartment bento box available.
