Will it fit a Drive walker? They make one like this, is this a generic for theirs?

My moms walker was a standard basic walker .... Wheels in front and skis in the back.or tennis balls. ...it did fold up for easy storage in a vehicle..I don't think it would work with a rollator walker...It was great because that tray folds down very easily.I hope I was able to help.My mom called it her Cadillac.

I think it should as long as the downtubes are 1 inch dia. and approx 18 inches apart...the manufacturer's site don't contain the dimensions of the model you mention, that's why I suggested contacting them. Hope this helps!

Does it have swival wheels?

You are likely mistaking a walker TRAY attachment for an entire walker. There are no wheels for walker trays. Look at the photos.
