Solid Performance, Reliable Cooling, Killer Value
TL;DR:Noctua NT-H2 delivers impressive cooling performance at a price that undercuts the competition. The included cleaning wipes are a nice touch, and it's non-conductive, giving peace of mind. It shaved off 4-6°C compared to previous thermal pastes, making it a smart choice for demanding CPUs and GPUs. Highly recommended for anyone wanting better cooling without emptying their wallet.Full Review:The Noctua NT-H2 3.5g thermal paste comes with three large cleaning wipes, which is awesome. You get plenty of paste – enough for multiple applications. Honestly, I was hoping for something effective, and its performance is surprising given the price. The paste itself looks like your typical silver compound. It's non-conductive, which is great because I don't have to worry about accidental spills frying my components, especially with some of the heat spreader designs out there. Plus, it doesn't require any “cure” time. I just applied it, mounted the cooler, and was good to go. Instant results are my kind of thing.I saw a significant temperature drop – around 4-6°C – compared to other pastes I've used. I push my hardware hard, especially my array of modded Quadro RTX GPUs. They tend to run hot even with proper airflow. The temperature drop was consistent across all the GPUs I re-pasted, which was a huge relief. It performs nearly as well as Kryonaut. Maybe Kryonaut *might* have an edge of 1°C or two under extreme load, but the cost difference makes Noctua the smarter choice for me.Basically, the Noctua NT-H2 is a fantastic performer that won't break the bank. You get more paste and the cleaning wipes, all for less than a smaller tube of Kryonaut. Unless you need liquid metal, this is easily the best deal I've found. I'm definitely sticking with this stuff.---Product: Noctua NT-H2 3.5g, Thermal Computer Paste incl. 3 Cleaning WipesASIN: B07MZ45X9G

Noctua NT-H2 definitely a thermal compound worth using
I’ve used quite a few thermal pastes over the years, and Noctua NT-H2 has quickly become one of my favorites. I recently used it during a CPU cooler upgrade, and the whole process was about as easy as it gets. The paste has a great consistency, spreads nicely under mounting pressure, and doesn’t make a mess during installation. What impressed me most was the temperature improvement. Compared to the older paste I was replacing, I saw a noticeable drop in CPU temperatures under load, which is always a welcome bonus. My system runs cooler and quieter now since the fans don’t have to work as hard. The included cleaning wipes were a nice touch as well. They made removing the old thermal compound quick and hassle-free, saving me from having to hunt down isopropyl alcohol and paper towels. It’s a small detail, but one that makes the whole installation experience more convenient.Another reason I chose NT-H2 is Noctua’s reputation for quality and long-term reliability. Once it’s applied, I don’t have to worry about it drying out or losing performance anytime soon. The 3.5g tube also goes a long way, so there’s plenty left for future builds and upgrades.Overall, this is a high-quality thermal paste that delivers exactly what it’s supposed to. If you’re building a new PC, upgrading a cooler, or simply refreshing an older system, NT-H2 is an easy recommendation. It performs well, is simple to work with, and comes from a brand that’s earned its reputation.

NT-H2 3.5 grams
I ordered the 3.5 grams of NT-H2, it arrived very quickly and it even comes with wipes that easily wiped off the old MX-6 paste I previously used. This paste seems very good so far, and very easy to apply. I used it for a 9800x3d cooled with a Phantom Spirit 120 SE and temps are pretty cool never hit 70c in gaming yet.

Huge Improvement for My PC
This worked amazingly for me. My PC was overheating quite a bit, so I decided to replace the old thermal paste, and the difference was like having a whole new PC.Application was simple and it was a relatively cheap fix compared to dealing with overheating or replacing expensive parts. My temperatures improved significantly after applying it, and my PC has been running much better since.Definitely worth it if your PC is running hotter than it should. A simple and affordable upgrade that made a huge difference for me.

get this version.
incredible, easy to use, simple applicator, great results, no complaints. just get the h2. why skimp here and save a gallon of gas? just get the best you can get, nt-h2!

Works well as a good thermal paste should.
This flows better than the older variant. So far temp have zero drift after adjusting for ambient and at 2 months, so it may be less volatile lasting longer than some other brands I have used in the past that dried out fast, and required yearly TIM applications.

Just what I needed to switch two cpus out

Works great for laptop CPU and fan
I'm not much of techhie, but know well enough to change the thermal paste on my old ThinkPad every few years. I don't do temperature tests, so I have no idea how well this paste works compared to others, but it spreads easy and it works. I don't hear my laptop fan going off often, and I think it runs cooler than before. Thank you Noctua.

Dropped My Temps by 10% – Worth Every Penny
1. Noticeable Temperature DropAfter applying the Noctua NT-H2, I managed to drop my CPU temps by about 10% under load. That might not sound like much on paper, but in practice it meant less thermal throttling and more stable performance during heavy gaming sessions. I could clearly see the difference compared to the stock paste I was using before.2. Easy Application ProcessWhat impressed me most is how simple it was to apply. The paste spreads evenly without needing extra effort, and the included cleaning wipes made the prep work fast and clean. I’ve worked with pastes that are messy and hard to handle, but NT-H2 felt very forgiving.3. Long-Term ReliabilityOne of the reasons I chose Noctua is their reputation for stability, and this paste didn’t disappoint. It’s non-conductive, so there’s no risk of damaging components, and it’s rated to last for years without drying out. That gives me confidence I won’t need to re-apply anytime soon.4. Perfect for CPUs and GPUsI tested it on my CPU first, but this paste is also safe for GPUs. Knowing I can use the same tube on my desktop CPU, GPU, and even a laptop repaste makes the value much better. At 3.5g, there’s enough for multiple applications.5. Premium Brand That DeliversNoctua has always been my go-to for quality cooling, and NT-H2 reinforces that reputation. Between the lower temps, easy handling, and long-term peace of mind, I see it as an investment in system stability. It costs a bit more than generic pastes, but the performance gain justifies it.

Hard to go wrong with Noctua
I've used plenty of Noctua products over the years and this was exactly what I expected from them. Easy to apply, easy to clean up afterwards thanks to the included wipes, and it did its job without any fuss.Thermal paste isn't the most exciting thing to buy, but when you're building or upgrading a PC you want something reliable that you can apply and forget about for years, and that's exactly what this is. Temperatures were good and I never had any concerns about performance or longevity. There are plenty of cheaper options out there, but when you're protecting expensive CPUs and GPUs it's hard to go wrong with Noctua.
