Excellent mandoline slicer! The PrepSolutions mandoline is very easy to use, slices vegetables evenly, and saves a lot of time in the kitchen. 🥕🥒 The thickness adjustment works well, the blades are sharp, and it feels safe and sturdy. It’s also easy to clean and store. Very practical and highly recommended! 👌✨

I just ordered this for my friend because I love mine. I have had this mandoline for a couple of years and it works beautifully! The adjustments for the thickness is perfect and slicing of the vegetables is smooth and consistent. It is well made and simply all you need! I do wash it in my dishwasher on the top rack and it washes perfectly. Always remember to put the adjustment in the lock position when not in use and use the guard it comes with.

I bought this which is very reasonably priced because I am tired of looking at the more expensive mandolines that require changing blades that look unfriendly to say the least. I want one like I had for over 20 years and you just popped the blade out and popped the other in. So easy. But it went in the fire with everything else. I bought another more expensive one, cut myself trying to change the complicated thing and returned it. This one is simple, but only one cut, but you can vary the thickness. Easy and good at what it does. I'll stick with this until I can find exactly what I want.

A reasonable simple mandolin for the money and cleans easily,but we’ll see how it holds up down the line…..

I love this thing! Such a time saver. Cleans with just a rinse. Adjustable thickness settings, stores easy, sharp steel blade, plastic body.

Great addition to our kitchen and making slicing veggies a breeze. Didn't have any issues with onions or any other veggies so far. Have yet to try potatoes, but that will be tested soon. Love the "lock" so I dont have to worry as much when cleaning the blade face by hand. Also doesn't take much space in the drawer, but the spiky plate is dangerous. Those spikes are sharp and they hurt when you accidentally find them in a soapy bowl of water

The PrepSolutions Adjust-A-Slice Mandoline Slicer makes quick work of cucumbers, potatoes, onions, and other vegetables, with adjustable thickness for getting nice, even slices. It's much faster than trying to make every slice identical with a knife, and the results make it look like I suddenly developed actual kitchen skills. Recommendation: Great for quick, consistent slicing—especially for pickling and meal prep. Just respect the blade.

As a mandoline accident survivor (about 40 yrs ago) I have been & never used one since. I ordered this to replace my very safe but no longer sharp Farberware metal box like slicer/grater. I decided to try this as a replacement but if I deemed it unsafe it was going back. Well I sliced my paper thin cucumber salad & it was wonderful but that shielded blade even though it locks closed it was not covered. And that tape they used to seal the blade in place when opening for the first time was a bit dicey to remove!! There is no blade cover for storage. It does come with a semi clear silicone vegetable cover/holder when slicing. It’s not exactly the best, it just does the job but doesn’t even snap on so could be easily lost. Adapting to snap on & cover that blade would be a big improvement. For now, I used 2 silicon cooking bands to secure the vegetable cover to the board & cover the blade & keep the two pieces together. I will be keeping it. For those reasons I only gave it 3 Stars. If the manufacturer wants to send me a better fix, I’ll give it more stars & adjust my review. It did a great job slicing. And all I wanted was a slicer or I would have gotten one of those slicer / dicer box types with 10 or more parts. I cautiously recommend this product. But if you have curious kids or budding chefs in your house do not get this one, get the box style for safety’s sake!!! I was lucky I had a talented hand plastic surgeon who reattached my right index finger but it took a surgery & a year of rehab to get my use & feeling back. So proceed with caution. It works great has 3 different slicing levels, was amazingly slip resistant while using & easy to clean. ** Use a small cleaning brush to get any of those small vegetable pieces out of the opening that might get stuck. NOT YOUR FINGERS!!! You will cut yourself. A thin brush or toothbrush will easily do the job.

A must-have in any kitchen, it's an extremely functional little tool. It's extremely sharp, easy to use and doesn't take up much room to store.

I have used it for several months now and it has a great quality. Blade is sharp which makes the cutting extremely fast and precise, the hand protection is a plus. Nice design and functionality with firm grip, adapts to several containers shapes and sizes.
