Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Nude Eyeshadow Base for Smooth Makeup

It took me forever to decide to buy this, but I'm so glad I did. I bought the anti-aging transparent. It glides on my eyelids so easily and is very light (weight and color). At first I thought, " How can this stuff make any difference?" but then my eyeshadow went on so smoothly, and I only had to use half as much to get the same coverage - actually better coverage. I put some on each lid with the applicator and then smooth it from my lashes up with my fingers. It's great!

I absolutely love the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion and have been using it ever since my sister first gave me a tube to try. From the very first use, I noticed a huge difference in how my eyeshadow and eyeliner performed throughout the day. This primer works incredibly well at keeping my eye makeup in place. I apply a very small amount to my eyelids before eyeshadow, and it creates the perfect smooth base. A little truly goes a long way, which means one tube lasts me an extremely long time. The larger tube size is another feature I appreciate because it offers great value and doesn’t need to be replaced often. One of my favorite ways to use this primer is not only on my eyelids but also lightly under my eyes before applying eyeliner. Doing this helps my liner stay exactly where I put it, without smudging or fading. My eyeliner stays on all day, and I do not experience creasing or oily lids, even after hours of wear. Overall, this primer keeps my eye makeup looking fresh from morning to night. It prevents creasing, controls oil, extends wear time, and helps my eyeliner and eyeshadow stay vibrant and in place. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, long-lasting eyeshadow primer that truly delivers on its promises.

Love this primer! Beautiful subtle color, not so subtle sheen. I'm not sure how it would look on ladies with darker complexions. It lasts a bit too well perhaps. I remove my makeup w/ thinned baby shampoo, (per opthalmologist rec.) and it's a bit challenging. But it holds onto shadow where I apply it, and gives a subtle sheen where I don't. I'm on my second tube :)

Urban decay is my favorite eye primer. I have tried others and so far, none work like this one. However I am not a fan of the new stick inside of the container design. This takes up space that could be used for more product. Probably a way for them to cut back on product without you noticing and disguising it as "we added an applicator for your convenience". Id rather have more product, because now I have to buy more often and its the same price.

I swear by this eyeshadow primer. This stuff locks eyeshadow on eyeliner on like nothing else! My eyes look just as good at the end of the day as they did at the beginning. It’s magic in a tube! 😊

I love this product. It works great as a primer to make my eyeshadow pop, but I honestly like it just as well as an actual eyeshadow in and of itself. Either way, it's more opaque than sheer; so I only need one coat. And it stays in place and lasts throughout the day, even when I'm sweating. It's a little pricey; so whenever it's half off, I just stock up for a while.

I never really used eye primer cuz...why? Maybe a cheapish one but never really felt it was necessary... Until I got this. This is almost like a foundation for your eyes. I put it on my lids and undereyes and it basically makes them a normal skin color and holy cow I never knew how much I needed regular skin colored eyelids. It makes an HUGE improvement in my overall face, brightens my eyes and somehow even seems to enhance their shape. It takes away that 'you look sick without makeup on' thing. I put it on the other day when I was rushing and didn't have time for makeup but I didn't even need it after this. Literally you're good with just this (and some lip color ofc). The staying power is bomb. I slept in it and still felt purty in the morning. And now I can't live without it. The end. It gives you the perfect no makeup look.

I have been a huge fan of urban decays eyeshadow and under eye primer for years. I’ve had a bit of a health issue for the past few years so I haven’t been wearing the primer or the shadow, but I still had some of the old primer left in perfectly good condition. I decided I wanted a little more color so I went with the matte Eden version. As soon as I received it, I realized the color was not enough color for me. I had read reviews that said it looked a little bit like an eyeshadow if you wore it by itself. I didn’t think it had enough color to do that. I’m not talking about deep pigmentation, I just wanted a little bit of something. I tried to return it unopened, but I found out it’s a non-returnable item so I went ahead and tried it. It does give a slight slight pigmentation on the eyes. It’s not much different than they’re nude or their basic primer. But there is something. However, agree with other reviewers, the applicator is terrible. The older version was just a tube and you squirted a little onto your finger or a Q-tip. Or a brush. This has a wand and it applied way too much product. Even using a brush, a make up applicator, and my finger, I had a hard time removing the excess. Secondly, and this is the ironic part, it creases. I wore it without eyeshadow, put a small amount of foundation underneath it, and found it creased immediately after putting it on, and then a couple hours later after I patted out the first crease. Maybe it was my mistake for putting my foundation on underneath, but I’ve always done that with their previous iterations and I never had a problem. Perhaps if I had put shadow on top of it immediately afterward it wouldn’t have happened. I will use up the rest of the tube, but I won’t buy it again. It’s not like it used to be, which is a shame because urban decay makes some lovely products. Edit: I reduced dramatically the amount I was putting on, and I hand spread it with my fingers after tapping it on with the applicator. Then I put eyeshadow on top of it. It’s still creases. I’ve never had this issue with any other urban decay primer. Very disappointed.

Me equivoqué y pedí el tamaño mini,pero para el precio estuvo muy bien,recomiendo adquirirlo cuando esté de oferta ya q aunque sea muy poco producto rinde demasiado(ya me habían regalado una muestra gratis y me duro una semana usándola diario).si prolonga la duración de las sombras y con una cantidad muy pequeña rinde para los dos párpados

Best product out there for keeping your eyeshadow in place all day. I’ve tied them all, and there’s nothing better!

Bon produit mais pour moi qui porte des lunettes progressives donc quotidiennement, mes paupières restent grasses. Même si je veille à bien laisser sécher mes paupières avant de poser mon maquillage

E' da tanto tempo che uso questo prodotto, il trucco dura molto di più, stende un po' anche la mia palpebra (ho 60 anni). Anche quando non mi trucco questo prime da uniformita' alla pelle!! Arrivato in anticipo rispetto ai tempi di l
