Best value for money which does it's job pretty well
Provides instant energy I am using it ferro the 4 Th time now and fund it cheap and best. For beginners even 1/4 scoop is enough to start with.

This is a terrible product
Guys, do not buy this. I've used pre-workouts from other brands. Trust me. This is not what it is supposed to do. 1. Does not mix well with water. It leaves these clumps behind which tastes horrible. 2. The flavour is just bad. Mostly like cough syrup, but worse. 3. Makes ou itch all over. In a really bad way. 4. Provides very little caffine energy. Or maybe you cannot notice the energy in between the scratching 5. Makes your stomach upset. Please please stay the hell away from this product. Shell out that extra bucks and go for a better brand.

I've been consistently impressed with the quality and taste of this pre-workout, making it my first purchase..proper mixing is required for optimal enjoyment...it delivers the best pre-workout experience and enhance the overall effect, increases focus...this is the best Pre-workout in this budget...

Too much caffeine
As an advanced lifter I've had my fair share of experiences with Pre-workouts. This particular pre-workout though moderately good, has too much caffeine. YOU WILL NOT SLEEP IF YOU TAKE IT IN THE EVENING

I have tried lots of pre workout but this is something different the kick i get uff , i had whole scup but i recommend half scup for the first time flavour was good but not that much after tried this I ordered 1 more container for my free highly recommended 🦍
