Budget friendly and effective
I consume this before my workout and I feel a bit sleepy because, it stats working very rapidly and whenever you use your fat energies you will feel low. So for me I now take it after my workout. It's a best one and 50 servings will be given. In market there is no match with this on this price.

Ok so this is my 2nd container of L-carnitine and i must admit this is a good supplement although i like the pineapple flavour more.Just a tip: after opening consume it within 2 months otherwise it will stick to the bottom of your container applies only if you purchase a flavoured variant

Good for weight loss.
This is good for fat loss, but the bad content in the product is l tartarate, it is a very tangy in nature and cause tooth decay in long use, go for pure carnitine instead of blend.

Not effective, even wrong description
I ordered unflavoured powder but they delivered a orange flavoured powder, that is not even available on available. I didn't check it before opening it. After consuming it I realised it's not unflavoured. Description on box says orange flavoured. Very disappointed. It's not even working like other l carnitine I used to take
