Product Description Build a world where mighty armies clash and dragons rule with this Sorcerer's Lair set from the Mega Blocks Dragons series. Featuring 165 incredibly detailed pieces, the set creates a magician's altar with standing stones and a hidden dungeon. Includes 10 heavyweight metal-core warriors, a dragon with light-up eyes, a working war machine, sculptured landscape sections and unique building elements. A collectible power stone activates the dragon's eyes and opens a secret door to reveal a magic scepter. Imported. desertcart.com Sure, the working catapult is great, and the dragon that can be made to flap its wings is even better, but itÂ’s the little things that really make this set come to life; like the gothic ornamentation on the heavy fortress doors, the weather-worn rocks, and the hollow stumps. The flexibility the pieces allow is also a big plus: the earth and architectural elements can be combined in almost any configuration imaginable. The knight figures are surprisingly ferocious looking, and are ingeniously designed to stand freely, snap in place on the ground, or mount horses and dragons. The weaponry and armor is simply fantastic, and a lot of it is removable. There is one flaw though;some of the pieces donÂ’t snap together as securely as they should, especially various dragon parts that are prone to fall off. Requires 2 AAA batteries (for dragon effects). Review: Fun - once it is put together - We had bought the whole set. You have to keep in mind that these are not Lego's and they don't snap together as easily as Lego's do. Some of the pieces were quite hard to get in place (and I'm 28 years old). However, once we got everything together our son has had a great time with it. However, I am worried about taking it apart because of the few problems that we ran across putting it together. Overall, though, it is a fun toy. Review: Hard to put together - At first this appears to be a great deal with lots of cool pieces like a dragon with eyes that light up and great looking knights however the pieces DO NOT hold together like Legos. My 8 year old son was very upset. The overall look is quite appealing but the instructions are vague and it does not stay together it just keeps falling every time he attempts to play with it.
