This clever gadget actually works to get the flour and water to dough ball stage without the messy hands and bits of wet atta all over the counter. You only need to use your hands for the final kneading. The wooden handle makes it surprisingly painless on the hands. Really useful

The shape and size made me wonder if it actually performs. But the other day I used it to make dough for banana bread. It works like a charm, is easy to clean and store. Must have if you do a lot of small batch mixing.
