Is this knife full tang?

Yes it is, it is a very good knife I use it all the time my husband has one too and he loves it.

Handle is just over 4 1/2" and the actual blade is exactly 7" long for a total of 11 1/2".

Supposed to be. But I returned it due to the crappy workmanship and the blade wasn't sharpened.
