Wonderful birthday gift for our grandson. He continues to pick it up on his own and explore further. Reasonably priced and fast receipt, too!

Truly a great book for a Minecraft fan. So much detail and the book is massive.

Bought as a present for my kid who read the library one front to back twice, so I thought he'd like to have one of his own. It's been a great resource for us and it's just generally beautiful to look at. Also bought for my friends kid who doesn't like books and she says he's been engaged with it regularly despite not knowing how to read.

I purchased this book before a two week family vacation for my son. One thing to note is that the book is very large and heavy - I had to carry it for him most of the time. However the print quality is excellent. The pages are glossy, high quality material and every-single-page is full of colorful prints and neatly organized information, such as the kind of block, its use cases, blast resistance and whether it can be picked up with silk touch or not, etc. Blocks do not only mean things like cobblestone, sand, etc, but also many different contraptions that a player can craft or find in villages, such as a cauldron or smithing table. The different blocks are organized into different sections and are easy to find in the index section. While most of this information can be found online in the wiki's and other resources, for me the use case was to keep my kid occupied, away from a screen, during our vacation and for this purpose it was an excellent choice. He learned about some blocks that we were curious about that we saw in the game and also about the utility of some others, like the anvil, which we have not found yet in game. It kept him occupied for hours and hours, away from the screen, and for that only I can say it was a good purchase. The book's information has been updated in 2021, which means it holds up fairly well with the current "blocks" in the game and I can highly recommend it as of August 2022.
