Really works.
Didn't expect much but was surprised. Really can feel it working after 25 minutes. Does make you feel warm and relaxed. I take them occasionally before bed for a good night sleep. Good quality, no smell. Easy to swallow.

Works really well after a week
I was suffering with "brain fog" and looking for something to help alleviate this. I tried these and they did nothing for the first few days and then after about a week the "fog" started to lift and I could concentrate more easily and focus on things. I would highly recommend for anyone with the same mild issues.

When you need to destres.
For those who need or feel that they want a pick me up. It helps to make you relax and calm. Very helpful for your daily stressful activities and experiences. But it's always good to see your doctor if you need more help. And the kalms are all natural herbal products that helps with your wellbeing. Look for information and medical advice from your doctor if you're taking other medications. Overall for me it helps a lot.

Good for stress and anxiety
I suffer from anxiety and I don’t take any medication for it. I have been going through a really stressful time so my anxiety seemed to be getting worse Kalms seemed to help. They took the edge of it in the day time. I am also doing lots of running which helps and taking velerian and passionflower tinctures in the night to help me sleep. Kalms are great in the day time because they don’t make you sleepy. I am going to try the evening ones when things calm down. I would recommend them. As for anixty if it gets to bad I would see a professional. I had a bad reaction to anti anxiety drugs so I can’t take them.

Absolutely great!
Having read a few negative reviews I'm adding mine just to prove everyone's reaction to these is different. I was very tired after leaving my last job, and packing for a house move. I've been taking these for a week- feel tons more relaxed and my energy is returning. I've had no side effects, just feeling pleasantly relaxed for a good deal of the time

Headaches and stomach pain
This was bought to help my anxiety. It gave me bad headaches every time I took it, then my stomach was so painful. These stopped when I stopped taking it. Not worth it and didn't change my anxiety
