Not expensive, but not cheap also. unless it really works. My question is: why vitamin A is not included in this? that’s mind-boggling to me.

This formula is based on the AREDS 2 study, and Vitamin A (Beta Carotene) is replaced with Lutein and Zeaxanthin. Vitamin A was in the original AREDS Eye Vitamin.

How can one tell if these are making any difference at all?

The eyes need support just like every other part of the body. Lutein and Zeaxanthin are carotenoids found in the macula of the eye. Both of these nutrients help support healthy eyes' filtering of blue light that can be produced by the sun and digital devices. Vitamin C and Vitamin E are essential vitamins that are good for the eyes because they provide antioxidant support. Copper and Zinc are essential minerals that also provide antioxidant support. Vision combines these key carotenoids and antioxidants to help support healthy vision and eye function.
