Is there any option to add USB storage?

Yes, u can use a external HDD to store and run any games except the Series X games. For the Series X games, you have to copy back onto internal storage and then play.

Do you get 60fps on rdr2/gta5 with atleast 1440p?

Both of these games are locked at 30fps by the developer and will not support 60fps until the developers release an update.
