Glycine helps to tell the immune system to calm down and it did just that for me. Its not a cure at all but a welcome relief.

It Works!
This product really works! I have been taking it with magnesium every night. It had improved my sleep. Now, I sleep through the night. I tried other brands and didn't work, but Pure ingredients have a better effect on me.
