Great customer support.
According to the part overview on Amazon, turned out I was missing one of the gaskets. Called their support line and got it solved within 3min. This alone made give it a 5 start review. Other than that, in my opinion the product looks better than expected, sits flush on the floor and feels like good quality. Heads up for inexperienced customers, I found out the hard way that I needed an adapter ring to install this cover on my floor-box. Also, after the support call I realized there is a link on the product support page to a pdf with instructions.

Inset box sold separately
The previous owners of the house just cut a flap in the carpet over the outlet. Our cat decided it was great fun to pick at it while we were not home... Anyway, we were just looking for a for outlet cover where we wouldn't have to replace the inset box etc. This sort of worked, but was designed to go with an insert box that is sold separately.. also, it is difficult to open the outlet covers. Would probably choose something else in the future, but made it work.

Beautiful finish, but double check the fit
I really wanted this one to work because I loved the look of it. The color/finish was beautiful in person, and I also liked that it didn’t have the typical screw-top style. It looked much cleaner and more updated. Unfortunately, we ended up having to return it because it did not fit our floor box even though it seemed like it should have based on the listed size. That was the frustrating part. So I would say the design itself was a win, but the sizing was not as straightforward as we expected. If your measurements are exact and you know it will work with your setup, it may be a great option. But I would definitely double and triple check compatibility before ordering.
