How deep is the stretch compared to an inversion table?

How often do you need to use this? How long do results last

I got results with my first 5-minute traction session with the back stretcher. I am careful to apply pressure very lightly, building to strong traction pressure for eight sets of 15-seconds—then release pressure SLOWLY for vertebral safety. Combined with light, tolerable exercise, about three days relieves lower back pain onset. A few sets per day, every day, will assist with chronic back pain.

Is it safe if you have a hunchback?

The P2 Back Stretcher provides a very subtle, but effective stretch. You should be safe using this, but we always recommend checking with your physician before starting a new exercise or therapy. -Teeter Team
