can this camera receive voice/audio from the person watching live?

You can't have a conversation if that's what you want to do. But there is audio on there nice and clear.

Is there any way I could purchase an extra ribbon lens for this camera?

It doesn't not come with an extra one. The other camera that comes with it is the OPTION B. which can be used like an extension in a way to hide the body of it. The one I had is very durable I had hanging while the charger and extension was pulling down on it and it also fell because the double sided tape couldn't hold the weight. And at first I was struggling to put the option b lens on. I was thinking that I hope they do sell extra lens. I felt I was being to rough with it trying to put it in.

Why won't the sd card format?

I thought that I had the same issue but once you leave that screen then go back to it then you will see that it had formatted
