"Made in China" is on the bottom of the box. The box also states the product is only DISTRIBUTED by P. & G., Ohio

Is this a waxy threader? I've had a smooth plastic one that has floss attached and that's what I'm looking for not a waxy one...

The thread is a little waxy and the harder plastic that the floss/thread is attached to is smooth and not too hard. I need lightly waxed thread because some of my teeth shreads other non-waxed floss. Not sure if this answers your question or not. I really like this product.

Is this just one packet of thirty?
