I'm not sure but it has some antibiotic. It really helps my acne. I recommend the soap and the cream.

Purge HAS ANYONE PURGED AT THE BEGINNING OF THIS, seems my face is breaking out and my chest and back day 2 of use, I never breakout

I have not used this brand. I use Joesoef Anti-Acne Soap, Natural Volcanic Sulfur 10%, for Oily to Normal Skin. Also available on Amazon. I have used it for years and it is really good. Never had breakout from it. Used every day will be a bit drying so I only used it several times a week.
