We have had this for one season now. So far it is holding up great, we have it right above the sink where employees wash their hands and the water and soap spatters on it. It keeps working great. It is easy to punch the time cards in it would be nice if all the buttons were labeled like Morning and break check out. But it is pretty intuitive to use and even some special needs employees are able to remember which buttons are which. If the buttons were color-coded like the two morning ones. And then when you check back for break a different color and then check back for lunch and check out for lunch the same color type of thing. But otherwise it is very clear Very easy to use. The ink has lasted. We’ve unplugged it and lost power numerous times and it still comes back on. I am extremely happy with it!

This is the third one of these we have put into use. They are reliable, fairly easy to use and inexpensive. We had tried apps, fingerprint reader time clocks and logins. Working on a construction site, the simplest form of time keeping always works the best.

This is the perfect time clock for a small office. It’s not bulky. Print quality is great. It can’t mess up and print on wrong date.

Didn’t realize the date isn’t stamped, instead the time is stamped on the numbered row that corresponds with the day of the month. So if you need to start someone on the last day of the month, there will only be 1 day stamped on that timecard (side b) and you need a new one for the 1st of the month. Interesting concept. This also doesn’t add the hours which is a bummer. But overall it wasn’t too difficult to program and the feeder pulls the timecard in easily. Good product.

Works great hangs easy

I have no idea how this product can have so many five star reviews except that it may be auto-bots doing the writing. Setup: use key to remove cover and access switch inside. Flip switch. Now in programming mode, the punch in/out buttons can be used to program the timeclock. Set the date. Set the time. Easy. First oddity: the timecards are for the entire month. One line for each day for a max of 6 punches per day. No additional punches are possible until the date changes and it prints on the next line. It does not total the hours worked by day, by week or by employee. It does not show the month or day. All it does is print the time on the line that corresponds to the day of the month.
