How to you use them when your.rv never had spouts

Most campers have gutter spouts. They do how ever dry out from the sun, get brittle and break. If not there. You will have to pullback the trim molding and look for a screw. Back the screw out and put the new spout behind the trim. put screw back in and push molding back in place.

How long are these "extensions"? How far away from RV does it take the water out?

They are about 2 inches. The water drains away from the side of the coach.

Will these fit my Newmar Ventana?

If you have a rain gutter, yes they will work. Must have a gutter. they go behind it.
