I Think It Is Okay

great for plugged ears
I suffered from migraines until my late 60's. In my mid 70'd I began getting a hollow feeling in my ears, much like you get at high altitude. It was persistent and annoying and affected my hearing. My doctor said "all post menopausal women with a history of migraines have this complaint. Nothing can be done." I'm now 77. Recently I started taking Vitamin B2, 100mg (way more than the recommended dose, but I read any excess is eliminated through urine). It has been a week now, and my ears are 90% clear. I also read it takes a few weeks to feel the full benefit. I am more than pleased with the results.
