Starcodes Astro Oracle: A 56-Card Deck and Guidebook

The biggest problem with Oracle decks is a lack of ideas, cohesiveness and inspiration. That's why Tarot is often preferred to just any other decks because it is perfectly constructed, is proven by time and has endless depth to study and explore to this day. That's why I am quite sceptical when it comes to Oracle decks as to make a good deck author and artist really need to dive deep and make something unique and inspiring. But, this one atracted me with stunning art and Astrology focused archetypes, something quite fresh, so I decided to get it. It did not dissapoint! The cards are just marvelous. The artwork is gorgeous, very geometric, it's very bold but also has many intricate details in it with various astrological symbols present. The deck system is well thought and aligns great with Oracle readings as well as Astrology archetypes. Cards are divied by many categories like Planets, Asteroids, Houses, Signs and also by less known aspects of Astrology like Cardinal Points or Aspects. And the best part is that you don't really need to know anything about Astrology. The guide book is quite small, but it is well written and can help you to understand the basics of how you can interpret each card for Action, Challenge of Gift. At the end of the day, you can use it just as any other Oracle deck if you wish. But, if you *do* know Astrology, or at least you are acknowledged with some basics like Planet archetypes and Zodiac signs (or eager to learn more), than you can enhance your readings a lot, make more meaningful geometrical spreads and understand deeper connections between cards, and in turn, archetypes and events of our lives. The production is good. Cards have that smooth, plastic and "expensive" feeling to them. That also means you can't really riffle shuffle them, but that's rather a minor inconveniece to me. Overall it's a great deck, good both as a gift and to have in a collection!

I’ve been wanting this deck for so long. After a year and a half of searching in different stores and never finding it, I finally decided to order it online, and let me just say, it was absolutely worth the wait. This deck did not disappoint. The cards are stunning, and the artwork is truly beautiful. Every card feels thoughtfully designed and visually inspiring. What I love most is the incredible range of categories included in the deck. It offers so much depth for learning and exploration: Lenses (17 cards): 12 signs, 3 qualities, and 2 solar activities Celestial Characters (21 cards): 2 luminaries, 8 planets, 5 asteroids, and 2 lunar nodes Locations (16 cards): 4 cardinal points and 12 houses Patterns (6 cards): 2 supportive aspects, 2 challenging aspects, and 2 changing states The guidebook is also very well written, clear, easy to understand, and simple to apply whether you’re a beginner or more experienced. Overall, this deck exceeded my expectations. It’s a beautiful and meaningful addition to my collection, and truly… SOOOO WORTH THE WAIT!!!

Card divination meets the sacred geometry of the celestial world in this oracle from noted and accomplished astrologer Heather Roan Robbins. Try using one of her unique approaches to laying out a spread or approach your query more traditionally. Heather shows us how to "write" an Astrological Sentence in which planets, signs, and aspects are words revealing the answer to our question. Alternately, one can simply draw a single card—as I did one afternoon with a friend who also did the same. We read for ourselves and each other from our single-card draws, relying as much on the book's descriptions as our own free associating, to arrive at an unexpected richness of message and meaning from our respective cards. This breathtakingly expressive deck, masterfully illustrated by Lucas Lua de Souza in synergy with Heather's metaphysical vision, portrays each archetype in an alchemical fusion of geometric and biological dimensions. While the guidebook may be spare, as some have mentioned, each card offers itself as a visual portal to a wealth of understanding about its signature, if we engage our right-brain perception. So much about the archetypal world can be perceived from direct experience of visual symbolism, which after all is the foundation of card oracles. While it is true that there is a strong odor noticeable to those of us more sensitive to fumes when first opening the set, I found that letting the box sit open for a week or two before using allowed that to dissipate. I recommend this oracle to both seasoned astrologers and those new to the discipline. It is accessible on whatever level we are prepared to meet it. Enjoy your journey into the celestial world of insight and self-awareness with this eloquent new deck!

These cards are beautiful! They could have been a little bit thinner and made of a bendable plastic, easier to shuffle like some other card deck and tarot cards are , they’d last longer I think these are made of cardboard. Other than that these are amazing!

These cards are so beautiful! When I first got these cards I slept with the deck underneath my pillow and boy did I have some beautiful lucid dreams. I felt like the deck was literally a passport to other dimensions. I felt like I was unlocking I knew adventures. One dream that really stood out was me running mid-air and I did a free fall right into a Jacuzzi at some really posh resort somewhere. I thought I would get a round of applause because I made myself land in this beautiful bright blue hot tub but the backdrop people were just mining their business continuing to talk in parlay. I thought it was pretty cool 😆 I can literally feel the water this is the first time where I was astral traveling and can actually like feel my ethereal body being immersed in water but without getting wet. It's more of like a cooling sensation I don't know how to describe it beyond that. I actually saw my reflection in the water as well. So these cards the artwork on it I don't know it's something about it but if you do sleep with it under your pillow it does unlock an enhance astral experiences that you haven't experienced before. I'm also a Tarot and Oracle reader who has a YouTube platform and I often use these cards in my readings. It's great to use along with the Tarot deck. I have grown very comfortable using the cards they were easy to memorize after a while and they're just so pretty. I love the astrology aspect of it it covers all of the houses and other planetary happenings so if you're looking to learn about astrology I would totally get these cards. Each card is numbered, which adds a special bonus for us numerology nerds who love to include numerology numbers in our readings so that also helps a lot as well. Like for instance the Leo card has a number 5 on it. Five is about intense change telepathy travel and exploration. So when I draw that card out during one of my readings I will say that the Leo card which means to shine and to be heard it's something that you've been thinking about doing there's an intense change it's going to be coming about where you will switch up how you do things and will be more brazen. Since Leo is ruled by the sun which covers Fame and recognition and following your heart, you will unlock opportunities to travel. Something to that effect I add astrology numerology color therapy and just artwork interpretation of each card and it helps a lot with my readings. These cards are also great to use in conjunction with your candle magic for instance for the Lions gate this past year I of course use the Leo card and the sun card along with the solar flares to add more power to the ritual. So you can use these cards for many things psychic intuition and development, candle magic, numerology astrology. You can learn what all the houses are for with all the planets represent even the smaller little planets that are not mentioned they also get represented in this deck as well. This Oracle deck is very powerful so big up to the author and the illustrator.

They are beautiful... However they are entirely TOO stiff for their size! I can't even work with them. I tried breaking them in everyday for a week and now all I have is a pile of bent up cards, one got torn, I'm in tears with frustration and now I just absolutely hate them! I have other decks the exact same size but they are soft and pliable, this deck is rock hard, they stick together, they're impossible to shuffle, and they completely destroyed my vibe... Did I mention that I absolutely hate them! UPDATE: I don't hate them, I like them very much! They are very responsive and offer a fantastic way to dive deeper into a reading. Adjusting my stars from 1 to 4 to reflect my update, but they're still entirely TOO stiff for their size!

This deck is fantastic! If you are knowledgeable in both tarot and astrology, working with this deck will come quite naturally to you. The first spread I did for myself, I was not surprised by the cards in the least, given the current cycle I’m in. Down to the detail of what I’m leaving behind and what I need to claim moving forward, it was all there. Though I’m sure I’ll use these for clarifying my personal readings, since I’m keyed into my natal chart and progressions, I think this deck will be most helpful when working with clients. I use astrology in my wellness practice to determine where energy may be stuck so that they can better work with their emotions and find a sense of peace and flow. What an awesome deck to have in my toolbox for this purpose! I’m grateful to the author and artist for the creation of this deck, as I don’t think anything quite like it exists elsewhere. Brilliantly executed!

Love all the themes and energy that come from these cards.

Very usefull

As per description, beautiful deck good quality

If you are already an astrologer or just started, this deck is definitely for you. The way it helps to provide the exact tarot reading is impeccable. The illustrations/ artwork is really beautiful with many details. Specific messages. This deck is definitely a good way to get more insights through astrological point of view, such precise readings.
