I bought these posters along with the wooden magnetic poster frames, and they’ve been a fantastic addition to my home gym! I love that each poster has exercises on both sides—it’s super easy to flip them around in the frame whenever I want to change things up. The lamination is a huge plus too, since I can use a dry-erase marker to track my progress or make quick notes, then just wipe it clean. Practical, durable, and motivating—highly recommend!

Great addition to my home Gym
Overall this was an excellent addition to my home Gym, currently I only have a barbell, so this was perfect. Product Overall is well put together, and I feel it will last awhile. As my home gym grows my collection of these will as well!

you might get a different one on the other side
so the thing i like is that everytime i have ordered a pack and then open and look at the back side pretty much everytime there is one that has a different one on the other side which is pretty cool to get like an extra one the only thing is this time there was a little extra of the laminte past the edge but thats ok as the quality is still great

Careful! Printed on both sides
No mention that these posters are printed on both sides making it impossible to hang on the wall without having to flip them all the time. Quality is good but the fact that these are printed on both sides ruins everything imho.
