Sub standard product.
Quality of the packing was very poor. Taste of the coffee is very different pathetic compare to the Tin metal packed LAVAZZA Espresso coffee. I have been using the Metal packed coffee since last 3 years. This time I got the worst product with paper pack.

Unfortunately, one of the coffee bags was repeatedly found partially open and not properly sealed. As a result, the coffee had lost its aroma and was not enjoyable at all

I am on a quest to produce an Espresso that is better than I can get at the local cafe. This is very good, but I think my home espresso machine lets me down. I will persevere, but ultimately may have to buy a better machine.

انا مش اول مرة اشتري المنتج ده بس المرادي للأسف اشتريت 3 عبوات للأسف المنتج سيء جدا الطعم سيء بطريقة غريبة والطحنة سيئة جدا انا فتحت عبوة وعندي 2 مقفولين وطلبت ارجعهم لكن للأسف رفضوا تجربة سيئة ولن تكرر
