Took this scale with me to Africa, after using it at home as a "pre-flight luggage check scale," it was VERY accurate, durable, measures in pounds and kilograms, which helpful cuz my metric conversion skills are not so good!!! I tested it on other users, for easy use, sturdiness, and locating changing to the different conversion types! Easy person did find it VERY easy to use, even petite women having to fit 50 pound luggage. I had one of these scales before. So, I was willing to return to purchase again! The battery is included, and the strap is knitted nylon with a hooked clasp that fits into the little triangle area shown. There is neongreen back-lighting, great for when power goes out! Is worth the price, and packs easily into luggage pockets!!! You will enjoy its easy to use simplicity!!!

This luggage scale is exactly what I needed at a low price point. It’s very lightweight, easy to use, and more than adequate for making sure my bags aren't overweight before heading to the airport. I'm giving it 4 stars because while it works perfectly, the "piano lacquer" finish shows fingerprints easily—but for the price and accuracy, it's a great value!

Good quality

Had it for years and have faithfully used it before many flights where accurate weight limits mattered. Can be set for imperial or metric weight system. Item is narrow and light and can be easily tucked in somewhere. Weight comes up quickly and shows clearly with a surprising long battery life. Overall, very pleased with the scale and value for price!

This worked very well to weigh by luggage to ensure compliance with weight requirements. I can see where a less strong person might find it difficult to use but the average person should be okay.

great scales and easy to use and dont go out quickly so can read.

I don't know what to make of this. I bought it because other reviewers said how accurate it is. When it arrived I tested it using my kitchen scale weights (the best way to know) and it always came up with low readings. I say readings because it was giving three or four different ones on these predictable weights and also on various bags full of stuff. Today I've just tried it again and it still varies a bit but was only marginally lower on the kitchen weights, or spot on! One thing I can say is that it is very stylish.
