Decent cleaner but foam is a winner
Maybe not the most effective cleaner on the market, but the foam is great for quick cleanings at the bowling center. It seems a lot less messy and much less wasteful because it's not dripping everywhere.

Quick foam cleaning between games
Reacta Foam lifts oil out of the coverstock fast. Spray, let sit a moment, wipe off and you can see the difference immediately. Legal for use during competition. Works on all cover stock types without damage. My go-to for quick cleanings.

Bowling ball foam cleaner
The bottle looks like a clear liquid, but you push the pump and it comes out a foam. Takes the dullness off the ball. Probably removes the oil. Ball looks good afterwards.
