Was looking for searchable content
I was looking for searchable, and quick-to-find content. There are a lot of images in this but I can't look through individual pages each time to find what I'm looking for. So, for that reason (alone), I am disappointed. Not what I had hoped for. If you have time to look through it, then this might be a great fit for you.

Quality and ease of operation.
Customer service was excellent. Dave was very helpful when I needed help to install the program. It would be helpful to include installation instructions in the CD.
