Love it... the price is amazing compared to other monitors... it's amazing at night,night vision is clear and it's sensitive that I can hear everything even her breathing. During the day the image is crisp and clear... love that I can talk to my baby as well... overall excellent monitor!!!

I got this and Was very dissatisfied with it when my baby would nap as it was afternoon and it would just show really dark. I kept it and tried to like it. Well now it’s barely over a year old and it’s trash. First I thought it was the battery. So I contacted levana and they were going to send me a battery. Well we realized my monitor was the issue as it won’t charge and half the time it would turn off even with the battery out so the port was bad. Well now the company won’t do anything. Told me to look on eBay or amazon. After doing so I found a lot of monitors with the same issue as mine. Now I have to go buy a new one. It won’t be the same brand for sure! Don’t brother buying from this company.

Bought this for my mother so her caregivers could keep watch on her. Product worked fine for 11 months, then stopped working. The plug no longer stays plugged in, rendering the monitor useless. Tried to contact Levana, but after 4 days of trying via chat, phone calls and amazon assistance, no luck. Had to buy a whole new monitor. $140 for 11 months is ridiculous!

We purchased this monitor for our newborn approx a month ago and have been very happy with our decision. We were recommended this brand from a friend who has been using this monitor for over a year. The picture is better than we expected both for the day and night. We love seeing the temperature of the nursery as well. We wanted a monitor that we could take outdoors in our backyard or front and so far we have had full reception bars in both! We also purchased the wireless pad so we could move the monitor around depending on where the baby was sleeping. We would purchase from this company again.

Even though we overlooked the fact that the camera does not pan or tilt remotely, we still like it. It seems quality built. It is big where it counts, the screen. It has a great picture as well. No complaints from us.

This is the second Levon's baby monitor we have purchased. The first one wasn't able to add a second video and with another baby coming, I wanted to have one monitor to see not of my kids. this monitor is just ok. I don't really like that you have to switch it over yourself to see the other room. I for some reason thought it would switchover on its own when the other kid started crying. Ok, well it wasn't thAt big of a deal so we just kept it. Then the charging port rated acting up. The monitor would just shut off at night, no beeping to tell me the battery was dying. For some reason it beeped while dying during the day, but when it was at night... it would just shut off. I am not a deep sleeper so it's not likely that I'd sleep through it. Well, it still does this and just this past week it won't charge at all. It's barely been a year and I've had problems wit this monitor the whole time. It just keeps getting worse.

I did like the view it's a pretty good camera, it's also nice that you can read the temperature in the room, but the monitor it's self breaks very easily.

We’ve been using this monitor now for about a month. We’ve been pleased with it! Set up was a breeze (we turned it on and it was already synced together). The display screen is large, sound quality is decent and the night vision is really nice! The temperature monitor seems pretty accurate as well. A nice find for a reasonable price!

This monitor is easy to use, has zero interference, no static, and a great sized screen which is clear and easy to see baby. Battery life has been great as well as I only have to charge every couple of days. I love that I can add on with another camera later if I need it.

I only had this monitor for 9 months. The battery life is ok, usually have to charge every day. The night vision is alright, I can see our little one but it’s not that clear. What frustrates us the most is that the signal is poor. The signal was great the first few months, afterwards the signal constantly drops every few seconds.

Works awesome, crystal clear sound and pic, day or night. Two way festure was an surprise feature and is so cool!

I bought this monitor a week ago and am overall happy with it. There are a few features which I feel could be improved though. 1. The camera is great in daylight, very clear. The night vision is definitely not as shown in the pictures on the website. It is much more grainy. However, for what you need to see (position/movement of baby) then it works fine. 2. The camera is very hard to position because of how the camera moves on its base, finding a position in the room is difficult. We have a number of shelves/ledges/furniture which I thought I could easily place it on but no position is very good. Ideally you would want to have the camera higher up than the crib, so that you can look down on the baby from an angle, but the camera doesn't allow much downward tilt so I found that I either had to just position it with the camera looking through the bars of the crib or have the camera in a makeshift position - I used tape to stick the camera to the wall at an angle (not really using the base to steady it). 3. I like that there is a feature which allows me to have the monitor on silent and when the baby makes a noise (there are 3 different noise levels) the monitor screen will turn on. My only fault with this is that the monitor is really bright once it turns on so it lights up the room a bit for the other sleeping parent. However, in saying that, it does ensure you will wake up and see that the baby needs attention. Just to add - I can still have the monitor on silent in this case and then turn on the sound if I want to tell if the baby is crying or just making other noises. 3. There is also an audio only feature. I wanted to use this so that once the baby makes a noise over a certain loudness the monitor would alert me (without the screen turning on) but the only way the audio only feature works is to have the sound on all the time anyway. Since a lot of parents use sound machines, including myself, this means that I still have to listen to the sound machine in the babys room through the sound on the monitor. It also means hearing the general baby sounds that they make when they sleep but are not about to wake up/cry etc. Ideally I would prefer not to have to listen to these because the baby might as well be in our room anyway then. I would still recommend the product as some of the issues I have may be particular to how I would like to use it. It is Very easy to set up and use.
