What's the quality? Will if fit 2015 Altima with sunroof? Is it easy to install?

It fit fine on a 2015 Nissan Altima. Not sure about the sunroof but my guess is it would fit.

Does this come with bolt cover?

It doesn't . We used the existing cover when we replaced the visor.

Will it fit a 2013 nissan altima with a sunroof?

It should fit. It says that it is compatible with 2013. I have a 2015 Nissan Altima and it fits perfectly.
