Would this NOT slip if used to raise a regular pillow on a bed that does not have a headboard nor is its head against the wall?

I have three of these pillows. No matter how I use it I do not experience slipping. I use it between my knees as a side sleeper, under my knees when sleeping on my back, on top of a leg wedge pillow to elevate my legs, and as a pillow under my head on a bed without a headboard. No slipping. However, I have never used it with a regular pillow on top of it.

Can you buy an extra cover for this pillow?

someone mentioned lavender smell. Is this true? Is there an added smell? I feel like even though the add says no odor that there must be off-gassing.

There is a small round disc in a packagethat you can open if you wish. It fits in the end of the case if you want it. No other added smell.
