KeepCup BBLA08 Glass Reusable Coffee Cup, 8 oz/Small, Black

I’ve had a Keep Cup prior to this one for many years that has held up beautifully. I decided I needed another one for the days that my OG cup may be dirty. This one is just as great of quality as the other I’ve had for many years, and I expect to have many years of use from this one.

Perfect! I love KeepCup. I have a couple of them, I even bring it in the airplane with my own tea bag and just ask the flight attendant to pour the hot water in it. They are cute, useful and you won’t need to wast another paper or plastic cup.

Wonderful. It is nice to drink the amount of coffee I like (which is small) and NOT have to drink it out of a giant travel mug. Also, the hole, while not spill proof, makes it feel like you are drinking coffee more like a mug at home where you can smell the coffee while you drink it, which is surprisingly important for taste. A keeper! (I also like how it is glass and makes it easy to always clean. Stainless steel is nice, but over time it is nothing compared to glass.)

The cup itself has a great feel to it and is great to drink out of without the lid on because of the thin lip. It’s also well balanced and has a good weight to it. However, I was disappointed by the insulation, as it does not hold the heat in very well. While the lid does have a nice and easy fit, the mouth cap leaks a little and is awkward to slide open and closed. Also, the mouth hole is much too small to enjoy drinking an espresso (or anything with more texture than black coffee) out of. Overall, great drinking experience without the lid, but overpriced if insulation and drinking through the lid are important to you.

It’s super cute, got lots of compliments. It’s great to carry around and the perfect size for a quick cup. It IS made of glass though, so don’t expect it to last as long. Mine shattered the second month of purchase!

Silicone sleeve keeps you from burning yourself. Lid seals well and is easy to open/close. It’s glass so it can go in microwave, dishwasher, and doesn’t absorb the taste of whatever liquid you put inside. Just wish they had a 2oz or even 4oz size for espresso on the go.

I'm kind of in a quandary when it comes to coffee travel mugs. I only have about a 15-minute commute in the morning, but I generally want to have my coffee finished before I walk in the door at work, so I don't have one more thing to carry. So a 10oz mug is generally what I'm after. By that same token, I want a mug that actually lets the coffee cool down, so that it's cool enough to drink while driving. My Zojirushi is great for longer trips, but it takes roughly an hour before the coffee is cool enough to sip without scorching my palate. I had a nameless plastic mug from my college days that worked perfectly for this, but it recently ceased to hold liquid, which I suppose is one more requirement. So now I have three: 10oz capacity, allows temperature to reduce to drinkable levels in a reasonable amount of time, and holds liquids. The KeepCup can do two of those. 10oz? Check. Holds liquid? Check. Temperature? Uh...I'm actually fairly certain it actively accelerates the cooling of the coffee. By the time I pour the coffee into my KeepCup, close up my backpack, put on and tie my shoes, hug the kids, and walk to the car, the coffee is room temperature or below. Which isn't to say that you won't burn your hand on the outside of the mug. Because you will. Again, and again. The little rubber band around the outside is roughly wide enough for two fingers, which is three fewer than I have. My thumb and forefinger are comfortable, protected by the grippy silicone surface of the KeepCup's rubber band. My other three fingers are literally on fire. So I suppose that's one more requirement: fingers can't be on fire. The KeepCup fails that one too. On the plus side, the top fastens firmly, and while you won't want to turn it upside down, it does an admirable job of preventing splashes from further burning your already charred fingers. So good on you for that one, KeepCup. Unfortunately I threw away the packaging, otherwise I'd return this and continue looking. UPDATE: I contacted Amazon, and they actually let me return it without the packaging. I, and the charred stubs of my burned fingers, thank you, Amazon.

La versione "nera" si riferisce al colore della fascia di gomma, il bicchiere è trasparente. Mi serviva qualcosa di più pratico e carino di un thermos, da tenere sulla scrivania. Dato che preparo il tè in un'altra stanza, questa tazza da viaggio è molto più facile da riempire e da trasportare, senza il rischio di versare qualche goccia in giro. Mi sarei aspettato un minimo di vantaggio termico rispetto a una tazza normale e questo vantaggio non c'è stato. Si raffredda con la stessa velocità. Praticamente è un bicchiere con coperchio, dal prezzo spropositato. Aggiornamento: Avevo scritto che era un semplice bicchiere con coperchio, in realtà è solo un bicchiere. La gomma interna al coperchio assorbe gli odori fino a renderlo inutilizzabile! E non provate a usare la lavastoviglie per tirar via l'odore! Io l'ho fatto e ora puzza di caffè + detersivo al limone. Da buttare.

La amé, simplemente increíble. Minimalista y bonita. Vale la pena a pesar del precio. Destacaría varias cosas: 1. No es a prueba de fugas, si la volteas es probable que el líquido se alcance a permear. 2. Aunque es hecho con "tempered glass" no es térmica, el contenido frío o caliente no se mantiene como un thermo normal. 3. Es a prueba de microondas y lavavajillas. 4. La banda de hule no es de lo más confiable cuando el líquido está muy caliente te vas a quemar.

Zeer degelijke beker. Makkelijk om uit elkaar te halen en in de vaatwasser te steken.
