Great bands for strength training
These Therabands are definitely solid and well made. However, they are not as elastics as other bands on the market. This is both a pro and a con. If you are using it for rehabilitative work, you'll want something more elastic so that you can achieve your full Range of Motion (ROM). If you are using it for strength (resistance) training, then they are perfect as you'll be pulling against more resistance. Keep in mind that because they are not as elastic as others, you will need to modify or change your movement pattern to reach your ROM. Maybe not the best for beginning strength training, but well suited for the novice or advanced who are more familiar with movement mechanics.

Super high quality
Super durable and high quality. They do require some break in to be propper resistance levels but they seem like they will last forever.

Wider would be better
Like that this package comes with 4 resistances. Haven't used them all - still in the lighter tension, which works well but tends to roll and cut into my arm when doing squats. Wish it were wider (different from thicker) - which may cut down on the rolling.
