Prebiotic
My doctor recommended that I take a prebiotic for my stomach. It has helped me and my terrible stomach.

Regulated my stool
Only been using these pills for about a week, but they are GREAT. Now, they do smell bad. Like rotten fish. And it is POTENT. That being said, they don't taste like anything and the smell is gone once you swallow. I've NEVER been regular with my stools. I've been to a Gastrenologist for this issue and he suspects I have IBS. WITHIN ONE WEEK, these pills have me going more regularly with regular stool sizes. It's such a difference that I immediately noticed it had to be the pills. No way my body suddenly improved on its own. I've been skeptical about probiotics in the past because I've tried two other ones and noticed no difference. This one made me a believer and I think I'm going to keep looking for one formulated for women's issues. Definitely recommend this one for stool regularity though!

Culturelle is a great probiotic
Culturelle complete works to get your gut flora in check, it has a little bit of fishy taste but it's not bad.

This is a highly effective probiotic. However it does have a fishy aftertaste but you can get used to it after some time. You only need to take one a day. Works well and is worth the price.

These were my first shot at a daily probiotic and it's been a huge game changer for me. I'm on my fourth month of taking these every day and I can't say enough good things about them. My digestion has improved and my overall energy level as been awesome. It's also helped tremendously with my acid reflux and heartburn. If I miss a morning or go a few days without, I can totally tell a difference in my get-up-and-go! I am so happy I've discovered these. And Amazon is by far the lowest price for these as well as offering a dollar off here and there. Don't hesitate, buy these now.

Product has been delivered multiple times with the carton bottom open. Contacted Culturelle and they stated to contact Amazon about the issue. Bottle seal remains intact and sealed. Lack of carton seal decreases confidence in integrity of delivered product.
