Perfectly Beautiful!!!
This product arrived on time, perfect condition with each wire pre-hooked into the base and wrapped in plastic bags. All you have to do is unhook the bracket from the base, install the bracket into the ceiling and mount the base into the bracket. Then unwrap each string from the plastic bag and hang the crystal at the very end of the string. I hired an electrician to install this chandelier for me who used a scaffold. Love love love and highly recommend!!! I would definitely buy again.

Beautiful but difficult
Man installation was a nightmare. This product (10ft) is not designed to be installed on high ceiling. But it’s damn beautiful after installation. I’d say you definitely need a scaffolding to install it. Don’t bother with ladder.

Installation
Installation parts such as screws and hanging plate is supplied for concrete ceiling, our home has drywall and ceiling. It was difficult to install on ceiling, we bought screws to fit on drywall ceiling. Supplier did not provide phone numbers for help and missing parts.

No directions included
Had to return. Even the electrician had a hard time figuring out the installation and since we wanted to have it installed on our high ceiling, we had to return. Wished it came with a manual.
