Can you cut the reset groves for hinges on a door?

Yes.. That was the exact reason for me purchasing this hand router. Be sure to purchase a template for routing the hinge insets for the door. And probably practice on a scrap piece of wood for the correct depth for your hinges.

Will this work with a genmitsu cnc router machine proverxl 4030 with the dewalt adapter?

I am not familiar with that CNC
