How to use NFC phone to unlock?

Hey Mike,I too could not get my phone to unlock the lock. I know that you may have to download an app for re writing cards and tags. I was able to have the lock click with my phone but it didn't open it. Now I have an android phone so maybe a IOS phone might work. Hope that this helps . Carlos

Hi, for IOS, add a new transit card at apple wallet and then program the transit card to your lock as a nfc access card.

To add the nfc card key, it must be strictly from a local transport in the country where i live? in my country apple wallet dont have a transport card

I'm a U.S. resident. As long as you want to deposit money onto a card it appears you can buy one via Apple Wallet. However, I wouldn't waste your money. I tried using transit cards from the U.S. and China but neither worked. It appears that most if not all transit cards are now using rotating keys. I consider the failure of the vendor to explain this and their ongoing claim that these locks are IOS device compatible to be false advertising.
