Best Dock for business
Got this dock after discovering that MSI had built one. I wasn’t aware they did. So far, I have found little errors with it. Drivers work great. I can leave my laptop connected to it and I can trust it works when I turn my laptop back on. Works with controllers, MacBooks, wireless mice and keyboards. The only issue I had was getting the auxiliary port to work but I’m not too upset about that. Strongly recommended.

Total Nightmare!
Do not get this dock. I had everything working well for a few hours then everything stopped working. I thought it was my system because I also got a new computer. I reinstalled the factory system image on my computer like 4 times and it didn't make a difference. Then I called MSI and was on the phone for about 2 hours and we couldn't get it to work (not much documentation on it). As a last resort, I decided to clean install windows, low and behold it got everything working again. The main issue with this dock is the display ports, they seem to be very dodgy. Anyway, I thought everything was working fine for a few days and I was waiting for a new HDMI to USB-C cable to connect my third monitor, and all of a sudden all my other external monitors failed and I couldn't get anything working again. I did try the new cable and it was making the monitor flash on and off and screwing up the image. This dock is a total POS and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone at least not till MSI updates it. It's going back and I'm going to go with an Unplugable dock. This thing drove me crazy, it's not worth the life it stole from me. I'd give it a -10 if I could. IT'S JUST BAD!

Connectivity + Aesthetic + 100W charging for work laptop
The product works very well ! I prefer using my laptop charger rather than the Power Delivery charge from the HUB in order to have more power for gaming. Also the hub heats up a little, works perfectly on 3 screens (hdmi + usb-c + DP). In conclusion, i gain 3 USB ports for my external devices, the ethernet and the connection of additional screens. This allows me to keep my desk in place: having an efficient and permanent office layout for work/game at home. Now i can go to work with my laptop without having to unplug all device (which damages the computer connectivity over long term). For someone who's a perfectionist like me it's very good, but I recommend not buying it if you only have one screen (or your laptop is not a gaming series, they have less connectivity).

Good Dock but difficult charging
The docking station is overall a good product, however, you have to be very careful when choosing the power supply required for your MSI laptop. If the wattage doesn't match your laptop, it will not charge. Overall would recommend, but ensure you have the correct wattage.

Nothing Special about this Docking Station
I have a MSI GS76 Stealth and I was hoping to reduce the cable hell associated with using it as my home and travel PC. I purchased this dock thinking that it would charge my laptop via USB-C, the docking station says that if my laptop has the feature, which my laptop documentation says it does, that this will "slow charge" my laptop. It does not, not a drop of power, so I still have to break the brick out of my bag and use it for power. -1 for the docking station. I have a Dell 49inch Extrawide monitor that I run at 5120x1440 resolution. The Laptop handles this monitor fine using HDMI. Connecting the monitor to the docking station via HDMI causes the monitor to flicker off and on about once a minute, I dont think the USB-C has enough bandwidth to handle this throughput. I did not try using 2 smaller additional monitors, such as 2x27inch monitors, but I assume this also would not be a great experience -1 for the docking station The nail in the coffin for this docking station was the price to benefit ratio. It was way too expensive to function as a USB hub, so I had to send it back. I love MSI, but the specs on this device should be better communicated.

Great Hub!
Exactly what I needed, had a lot of cables running to and from my laptop, now only 1 to my laptop and everything linked to 1 spot

Does NOT work with all MSI laptops.
I bough this because I thought it would work with my brand new Katana GP66. After a lengthy call with MSI tech support it is not supported. There is not a compatibility chart to show what is compatible and what is not. Your machine MUST have a thunderbolt to make this dock work. Do not confuse USB-C with thunderbolt. The additional USB worked but the display output did not.

WAS a Very Nice Unit - With a Couple of Improvement Potentials
Downgrading review to "avoid". SS USB ports quit working, charging and LAN connection are now intermittent. Shopping for a replacement. ==== I’d categorize as a bit of a mixed bag, with its positives slightly outweighing the negatives… PROS - High-quality, sleek unit - Smooth, painless installation and startup - Easily drives two 4K external monitors (but, see caveat below) - Adds needed and easily accessible additional USB ports - Charges laptop whilst in use CONS - Does not work with laptop closed - Power button on dock does *not* wake laptop or monitors - Second external monitor “shares” laptop desktop – cannot have three “independent” monitors unless second external monitor is plugged into the laptop itself (although in all fairness, this might be a Windoze 10 constraint) Reasonably happy with and would recommend. A firmware update to provide for (truly) three displays would pretty much make it perfect IMHO.

Doesn't have enough power to work with MSI Stealth
I bought this docking station to work specifically with my MSI Stealth GS66. The charging was supposed to be seamless along with the ability to just plug in with one cord and you have your work station. But, that wasn't the way it worked at all. The docking station would lose power randomly and turn off all peripheral devices. Not sure if it was a lemon or not but would not recommend if you are using for anything more than surfing the web.

Simple, works, good value for money
I purchased this to connect an Asus ROG Flow X13 to my desktop setup (touch screen monitor, keyboard, printer, speakers, DSLR webcam, and USB microphone) while providing the 100 watts of power the X13 requires. So far (2 weeks) it's worked as expected with no problems. I've only connected a single external monitor via display port so far so I can't comment on using the other ports or multiple monitors.
