Is the gray color the same shade as the space gray headphones?

No, I have the silver ones, and the color is closer to them. It's a lighter, heathered gray.

What' the inner measurement inches for both sides of the case? Please be verified the purchase, and not copy from the description.

20.5cm in diameter (side-to-side, and from hinge to front), though it's not perfectly round. The depth is about 3.8cm. There's essentially no usable depth to the lid though I guess it's about 1cm with the padding, so you can store something about 4cm thick with the lid closed.
