Do NOT lose the key
I've had this product for little over 2 years now and while it works great if you loose the key PYLE can't help you. I called the customer service line to see if they had replacement keys and was informed that they are no longer in stock and they are unsure when or if they will be in stock again.

El soporte parece que está muy bien y pesa bastante. El problema que tuve es que no me cabia el ipad Air 6 (11') que me habia comprado y tuve que devolverlo una lástima
