If I recommend anything postpartum it's THIS. I've tried the spritz for bitz spray but this far out does that. I used this religiously after my 2nd child & needed to buy another bottle. It's so good! Felt so good on my 2nd degree tear & stitches. Cooling & soothing.

New mom here. Had vaginal delivery with an episiotomy. Had been using this since day one and I do not see any great difference. Since they give you pain killers already I did not feel anything extraordinary about this. I did not like this product and it's over priced too also it was a bit uncomfortable wearing this when you are so sensitive down there.

Definitely cooling and relieving in those early post partum days. I did have to stop using as my skin became a little irritated although not sure if it was due being sensitive to an ingredient or due to another product
