When does the jar say " best used by" ?Need to use then jan 2018

best used by, is after January 2018, it is more near the end of 2018

does on of the jars contain actual honey? or honey flavored something?

It's actual honey in the jar called honey. If you're a person who likes thick and full flavored honey, you might not like the honey flavor. I feel all the jars weren't as flavorful as other brands of jelly and honey. More bland than fruity. But that was just me.

Can someone provide an ingredient list?
