Does the job.
It's like Other NWi levels I've had in the past, however, I'm not sure why they don't have a self locking pendulum, like on all other models I've had over the past years and years. Meaning.....when you put it back in the case, they used to have a pin that would depress against a little brass plate that locked the self leveling mechanism. This one does not have that so, I worry about it's longevity.

Should have bought this years ago.
It's a solid, reliable unit. Auto-level is great; adjusts if the instrument or tripod is disturbed. Any negatives about the unit disappears with the price. Sorry, didn't read the instructions, but it is very intuitive to use. Buy it. Case (provided) is essential.

Works fine, crosshairs may be hard to see depending on eye alignment to objective lens
