UGREEN USB C Extension Cable, (10Gbps/100W) USB C Extender 3.3 ft

It's a decently thick cable (good imo) that I chose over the alphabet soup brand cables that were rated twice as fast with 240w charging. I've learned not to trust those at all. They tend have issues with 5a charging on Samsung SFC 2.0 when they claim to support it among other issues. You get what you pay for in the tech world. Anyways, I actually haven't tested that on this cable.. that's not why I got this. I got this to give me more cable from my S22+ to my USB-C 8-in-1 hub. So I can connect my charger and my Ethernet cable to my hub, along with a USB drive (Samsung BAR 256GB) and not have the hub inches away from my phone. Ethernet works fine, charging works fine, data transfer works fine. It fits perfectly with my phone's case. Plenty flexible but still a nice, thick cable that should last for awhile and would lead me to believe it has good shielding and a decent gauge wire inside. Can't confirm wire gauge, though. I can't help but reiterate that I believe you are FAR better off going with a good brand for this category like UGREEN vs some brand with a bunch of scrambled letters. You just get better quality and a cable that does what it says it will do. I wish I had bought this a long time ago lol. It's made using my phone while connected to my USB-C 8-in-1 hub a lot easier and Ethernet + charging work through it with no issues. I haven't tested HDMI, yet, but I assume it'll work fine, as well.

Length: The 3.3 ft length is perfect not too long, not too short. Just what I needed to comfortably connect devices without crawling under my desk every time. Solid, clean, and reliable. If you’ve used UGREEN before, you know the quality. If not, now’s a good time to see why they stand out.

Works perfectly. A bit on the beefy side. Doesn't like to bend easily. If you are an engineer and wondering, per my tests this passes both CC lines through from one side to the other. This cable won't require any special orientation to work.

Have been a faithful UGREEN customer for a quite a while now. I find their products are all of great build quality at a fair price and this extension cable fits that same description. I have a MacBook Pro with its clamshell closed on my desk. This laptop supports touch-id. Since I now can’t get to the button to activate touch-id, I attached this extension cable to a USB-C port on my CalDigit TS3+, to which my MacBook is connected and connected a YubiKey which I configured to use in place of the touch-id button. Works like a champ! Cable length is perfect - doesn’t get in the way and the quality of the cable is second to none. And bonus.. it can accept any other USB-C device I choose as well without having to reach toward the back of my desk. Very handy accessory to have — recommend!

I just received my new smart watch and needed to extend the watch charger. Ththe Ugreen Extension cable worked with no problems.

This type of extension (high speed usb-c 3.2 data + charging) is exactly what I wanted to help extend a dock to my tablets on adjustable arm type stands since usb docks have short built in cables. These cables work and do not interfere with data transfer speed. However the cable is very thick as most usb c data cables are, so that extra length did not work as well as I wanted, since the stiffness of the cable puts a lot of strain on the usb port depending on where the device you've hooked up is sitting. The second thing to be aware of is that if you are extending a dock's connection to a computer or tablet, the length does create extra resistance and draw more power from the device's port, so I would suggest only using it with hubs that have their own power input so that you're not straining your device's port. This was the case when I used the cord with a few things plugged into a hub with the extension - it worked fine with the built in cord, but I was getting power draw errors with the extension until I plugged in external power to the hub.

These are made well and serve the desire purpose.

Does what it's supposed to do. I use it to charge a power bank and it seems to charge as fast as any other cable does. It feels like a sturdy cable while retaining enough flexibility to get it set up how I need. Very convenient little cable.

Understandably with the amount of charging and information afforded by USB C, extending wires with quality is a problem, and I haven’t seen longer wires that claim to do this. This one, whilst shorter, does the job well.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem UGREEN USB-C Verlängerungskabel. Die Datenübertragung funktioniert schnell und zuverlässig, ohne erkennbare Verluste oder Unterbrechungen. Auch bei größeren Dateien bleibt die Verbindung stabil. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig und das Kabel sitzt fest in den Anschlüssen. Besonders praktisch finde ich die Unterstützung von 100W Laden sowie 4K 60Hz, wodurch das Kabel vielseitig einsetzbar ist – sowohl fürs Laden als auch für Monitor und Datentransfer. Für mich eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
