can i use por 15 rust remover on a radiator flush

Hello, yes you may use it in your radiator as a flush, but it is meant to have items submerged in it to be most effective. I don't think it will remove much of the rust if you "flush" it through the radiator. You'd need to allow time for the liquid to sit and react with the interior surfaces (8-12 hours), then flush it out.

Can this be mixed with water or something ? Or do I have to buy 15 gallons to submerge my motorcycle gas tank

Fill your tank up with rinsed grave, stainless steel BBs or vibratory Sander media and a little bit of water, then shake the bejesus out of it. Rinse, repeat until you're satisfied. Do the last rinse with hot, hot water to heat up the tank, then dump it. The heat will evaporate the water.

Can this be put on with a pump sprayer

It needs time to remove the rust. I guess it could be put on with a pump sprayer but it needs to stay wet to work and you might be using a lot of product to achieve that.
