2017 highlander v6 manual says i need (denso 3491) 0.031 gap, but amazon & rock auto says this denso 4705, 0.040 gap fits?

I can't honestly answer your question. I bought for a 2006 Lexis IS350. I've had no issues.

Definitely worth it to buy, my husband bought boshe I think its called but the lower end of boshe and it kept causing our truck to missfire. Both brand new, but Denso did its job. No more deceleration on the RPM when its idling.
