i used this product since i moved to dubai its been 5 years now i grow from 69kg to 82kg pure muscles. I love the taste it give me energy. Make sure you take it while working out and after you finish workout.

Unbelievably awful taste
Tastes horrible, I can't imagine how someone thought this was a good combination. So sweet you will feet like vomiting immediately. And the watermelon taste is something that can't be described, just rancid.

The flavor is strong in water melon it sweet but I think the protein in it makes it feels weird after the sip. Hydration is a plus for me and I also use it for my job and it works well on that.
