Need to make deep cuts with a 4.5in. how much of the blade can I use with this on it?

You’ll have to remove the dust guard from your grinder. On my Milwaukee grinder there is a fixed circular hub around the cutter shaft which I can insert into the Dastool attachment and fixed by a circular clamp. The distance from the grinder cutter axis to the bottom surface of the attachment is 1.25 inches. So if you have a 4.5 inch diameter cutter, you may have a cutting depth of 1 inch.

Is it working with dcg416b?

Hi! AC Dewalt is OK, so DC should also be OK. You need to use red circles to help install and match. We have an installation video, which I hope can help you. Thanks

Will this fit a Makita GA7021 7" grinder?

It fit my 7" Milwaukee grinder, I had to put a washer behind the blade to keep from scraping the base with the edge of the blade.
