Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G, 128GB + 6GB RAM, Cloud Navy - Unlocked (Renewed)

At first when I charged the phone I received I was worked because it came up with a screen that showed it was Verizon and my first fear was that it was locked I reached out to the seller regarding my concern and they assured me that the IMEI showed it was unlocked, but my search showed it was. So I had called my oldest son after talking to one of my other boys since they have Samsung phones to get some tech advice. My oldest son said it probably will fix itself once it has a SIM card in it. So I went and got a sim card for it this afternoon and it works! But let me tell you the seller was also concerned enough that maybe it may have not been unlocked that they offered to replace it and I could return this one. I asked them to hold on until I could get a SIM card. That's all I needed. I charged it 2 days ago and it's of course not been used but it is at 86percent. The phone did come with a USB C cable ready to go so that was helpful. This phone was marked as excellent and it truly looks like someone took good care of it as I cold not find any issues or defects, scratches or cracks. This made me happy because I know previous owner took great care of it. I am still in the process of setting it up, but it looks it is brand new. I am very pleased with this purchase and would buy from this seller again if needed. They were awesome in working with me to figure things out.

I had bought this model brand new 5 years ago and recently it got wet and quit working. I didn't want a new model. I was very leery about buying a used phone, but since it was very inexpensive, I thought I would give it a try. If it didn't work, I wasn't out of much. My son was able to pull my data off a backup he had done on my old phone and load it onto this one. i received the phone the very next day, and it works great. I've only had it a few days, so something could come up, but it's in great condition, and works fine.

The phone looked great; but the description states that these phones are 'unlocked' and good with T-Mobile, Verizon, etc. NOT TRUE! I ordered this phone but when I went to have it activated at T-Mobil, the phone sends a message that it is only good with Verizon. So I returned it to Amazon. They sent a message that they received it and that I received a $0.00 refund. I had ordered another phone just like it thinking that it was just a fluke, but it had exactly the same problem! Returned it today. Amazon customer service gave me the refund for the first phone. Let's see if they try to give me a $0.00 refund again for this one.

Phone is in excellent condition, both cosmetically (very scant mars along charging port) and functionality. Purchased Verizon carrier unlocked, inserted SIM card and began using with no issues. Battery life seems adequate at this time A USB- C to USB-C charging cable was included. My complaints: Packaging was minimal- thin foam sleeve and thin bubble wrap in a cardboard box that was too large for the product. The phone was not cleaned/detailed very well- charging port, speaker, etc very dusty with some impacted debris along the screen's inset. I have purchased quite a few refurbished excellent condition phones through Amazon and was disappointed to have to detail these areas.

So glad this came early. My previous ph galaxy A16 5g has so many software issues and its brand new I'm still learning about galaxy first time having one so far I like it. I do have to get it fixed it recognizes My 1 TB SD card intermittently. Disappears I can shut my phone off open the door pull the tray out a bit close it turn it back on then it recognizes it for 30 to 45 min then disappears again

I love Samsung phones in general and this one was no different. Very responsive screen, good camera, and all the bells and whistles I associate with Samsung. There's all the hand and finger gestures you can want and I love the little quick tab available. I love that I can individualize my application and notification sounds. I can multiscreen easily and there's even an option to turn on multiscreen for apps that generally don't have that feature. I don't know how scratch resistant the screen is because I always have a protective screen over it but I have to say I drop my phone a lot and have gone through many screens and have never found a scratch on the screen underneath even though I wait until the protection screen is disintegrating before I change it. It's a very slim and lightweight phone. I've never had any connectivity issues and for all I get, I really feel like it's a really great deal.
